  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.

  • Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged to meet our quality standards.

🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel or update your shipping address, email us at contact@noctarashop.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Use the subject line:

    • CANCEL MY ORDER

    • ADDRESS CHANGE

  • ⚠️ Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers usually attempt delivery twice.

  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Please email us at contact@noctarashop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.
